# 2026.07.09: Notification filter

Changes in this release:

* Ability to filter notification emails by ticket state.
* Added link to Stripe billing portal to change Payment Method
* Fix for file attachments with unusual characters in filename

## Filter notification email by ticket state

Administrators can now configure notifications to be filtered by state. If an update occurs when that ticket is not in a specified state, a notification will not be sent.

By default, no filter is applied and all notifications are sent.

A separate filter can be specified for regular users and for Admin/Moderators.

To configure this setting, visit: **Settings** > **Customization** > **Notification Settings**.
