2026.07.09: Notification filter

Changes in this release:

• Ability to filter notification emails by ticket state.

• Added link to Stripe billing portal to change Payment Method

• Fix for file attachments with unusual characters in filename

Filter notification email by ticket state

Administrators can now configure notifications to be filtered by state. If an update occurs when that ticket is not in a specified state, a notification will not be sent.

By default, no filter is applied and all notifications are sent.

A separate filter can be specified for regular users and for Admin/Moderators.

To configure this setting, visit: Settings > Customization > Notification Settings.
