Release 2023.12.09

Today's release introduces improved support for timezones.
Previously, all dates and times were presented in UTC time. Now, you can choose your own timezone!

Select a Different Timezone

To select a different timezone:
  • Visit Settings > General
  • Scroll down to Timezone and select your timezone.
  • Click Save.
The selected timezone is applied to all users of your service desk.
