For details on how to setup SSO on your service desk, refer to: 2025.05.21: Single Sign On (SSO)

Once SSO is configured for your service desk and Enterprise Application in Entra ID, your users can sign in to Ticket Log using their Microsoft credentials.

However, on first sign in, users will need to complete a new user setup step before using TicketLog. This requires users to verify their email address and name.
