Today's release introduces improved support for timezones.
Previously, all dates and times were presented in UTC time. Now, you can choose your own timezone!

To select a different timezone:
Visit Settings > General
Scroll down to Timezone and select your timezone.
Click Save.
The selected timezone is applied to all users of your service desk.
